Our complimentary shuttle offers a convenient and comfortable 10-minute ride between central Queenstown and Onsen. Pick-up and drop-off are from 43 Camp Street (outside Café Marmolada). Please note we are unable to provide transport to or from individual accommodation, and our shuttle is not available for bookings of 10 or more guests.
To request complimentary transport, please complete the form below and our Reservations Team will email you with the details of your shuttle within 24 hours.
